We have company holidays from 23.12.204 up to and including 01.01.2025.
- Red = respective STUDIO occupied
- Bookings are between 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. and up to max. 3 months in advance possible!
- Please note that a 30-minute buffer must be scheduled between your appointment for another foreign appointment.
- We rent the studio rooms separately from each other (for example, STUDIO 3 can be booked, while STUDIO 1 is occupied.)
- Attention: The calendar shows the respective local time, where you are currently located. This can lead to confusion in the times.

this is how it works:
1. Find your desired date
Use ours for this Occupancy calendar. The calendar is for overview purposes only. It is updated every 3 hours. An overlap of appointments is therefore possible. We will confirm the appointment again by email. The studio can be booked from Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
2. Book via our contact form

- Enter your contact details so that we can send you an invoice for the deposit (it is no longer possible to change the billing address afterwards)
- let us know your desired date
- enter the time in the respective studio you would like to book. (You are welcome to book several studios in a row or at the same time)
- Keep other appointments (not your own) half an hour apart so that we can prepare the room for you
- tell us the number of photographers and people
Do you need technology from us? You are welcome to reserve these for yourself in advance. Just leave a message.
3. Appointment confirmation
If possible, we will send you an email back within the next 24 hours. Here you can confirm that you have reserved your desired date and send you an invoice with a deposit of 2 hours.
4. Deposit for your appointment
The date is fixed if the invoice amount is paid within next 5 days has been transferred (we don't have Paypal). Otherwise the appointment will be released again. A booking can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before the appointment. If an appointment is canceled afterwards, the above-mentioned deposit will be retained as compensation.
5. Your appointment
- Bring clean spare shoes or slippers; no street shoes are allowed in the photo studio.
- Start of rental: At the previously agreed time, even if you only notice it at a later date. The appointment cannot be made before the agreed time - unless agreed upon in advance. The time running from the moment you enter the studio.
- End of rental: At the agreed time. Time stops when everyone and all their luggage leaves the STUDIOS. Attention: If the limit is exceeded, additional costs will arise. An extension of the appointment is only possible if we do not have a follow-up appointment.
- Please plan your set-up and dismantling, styling and other preparation during the booked time.
- Eating is not permitted in the studio rooms. For this you can sit down in our tea kitchen.

House Rules
Mietzeiten
Rental start: At the agreed time or in case of earlier entry.
Rental end: At the agreed time. Later: When leaving the studio.
Overdraft: Additional costs as a percentage of the rental price.
Preparations
Plans the assembly, disassembly, styling and other preparations within the booked time. Make-up & dressing in the customer toilet, in the kitchen, in the hallways & in the yard is not allowed.
Extension
An extension is only possible if no follow-up appointment has been booked. Please inform us at least 30 minutes before the end of the rental if you want to extend.
Damages
Damages must be reported immediately and can be regulated by your liability insurance.
Food & Drink
Please do not eat in the STUDIOS. This is only allowed in the kitchen. This also applies to open drinks.
Smoke
Smoking is prohibited in the building. An ashtray is available in the courtyard. This also applies to e-cigarettes of any kind.
Nude shots
Care must be taken to ensure cleanliness: Oiled or painted bodies must not touch the walls, floors or furniture. Pornography is prohibited.
Number of photographers & video
All people photographing must be reported in advance. Also applies to video recordings.
Temperature
Keep doors closed. During the heating season, the room temperature is at approx. 20° C. Please do not change the thermostats.
Condition of the premises
Please leave studios as found. When reserting, please lift the furniture. Don't hang anything on the walls.
Fire & Special Effects
Alle Spezialeffekte wie Kerzen, Wunderkerzen, Seifenblasen, Öl, Wasser, Konfetti, Glitzer oder Ähnliches sind nicht gestattet bzw. genehmigungspflichtig.
Right of access
Only with clean shoes. The studio rooms can only be entered with our permission! This also applies to a studio change.
